There aren't very many before pictures, but we chose this room to be our office because of the AWESOME built-ins in the closet. Perfect for scrapbook/craft storage!
What if we did something a little different, and painted it BRIGHT red? Its called California poppyseed.
It took Jason 3 coats until it was no longer streaky. We decided to paint 2 walls white, 2 walls red and closet and trim white to keep it from being a cave. By the end of it, he was going crazy, he just wanted out of the room!!

The finished result! It has one light in the middle and 2 small (But powerful) fans! The long rod actually rotates 360 degrees and each individual can be tipped to point wherever we want, too cool.

My desk area! It's right by the closet so I can get to my stuff easier. We're also using 2 of our kitchen chairs in the office for now.
We took the sliding doors off [kept them though!] because it actually made the room look bigger and things are easier to get at!
We both LOVE books and reading. The only thing we need in the office now is a giant bookshelf. We've seen some cool ones at world market but we're convinced we could build it cheaper and better ourselves! Then just decorations!
