My birthday is on Saturday and we lucked out on a small trip! We had originally planned to not really do much of anything as I wasn't too excited (23? bring back 21!!) However, my mom offered up a night of dog sitting so that we could go on a small trip. YES! We're headed to Flagstaff Saturday morning and couldn't be more excited!! We booked a pretty cheap room and are planning to enjoy the cooler weather. Lots of Tstorms up there right now but that is just fine - we love watching storms together! Flagstaff is such a cool little city! We've talked about it before and if we ever left the valley we'd probably move there!
We cleaned the house like crazy today and tomorrow we're giving Monsoon a bath so if she's naughty for my parents, at least it will be a clean naughty!
Last week we went out for lunch with Jason's mom for her birthday, yum!
We also moved Jason's weight bench inside (Note: Garage is approx 110 degrees...nasty!) so next week we'll start lifting at home! We have more energy now that we've started working out a little, so very wierd that the more you do, the more energy you have! You so crazy, exercise!
