First morning back to work..excited for oatmeal (who gets excited for that anyways?!) and the microwave starts making wierd noises and smells awful.. but I continue anyways because I really want that oatmeal.. and then after the designated time. Oatmeal = not cooked at all. Ugh!!
So we tried fixing it, and decided that making a claim on our home insurance to have a professional fix it would actually make a pretty nice down payment on a NEW microwave.. here we are:

Ah, shiny and pretty. Now we just need that dishwasher to join this decade...
